the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. breakfast was excellent, with many food and beverage options available. the room was very spacious and clean (i appreciated the extra space!).

the drinks at the seaside restaurant were a bit overpriced.

humid room basic rooms

The room was quite basic for a so-called five-star hotel. i stayed seven days, and it felt more like a good four-star hotel, not a luxury one. the air conditioning was also a problem. My room got very humid, and my clothes and bedding became damp. it took three complaints before they considered moving me.. honestly, i expected better.

i enjoyed that the breakfast staff were so lovely. noot made amazing iced coffee, and parn created the best omelets! the pool area and beach club area were really tidy. the rooms were modern and cozy.

the room design was very spacious. the bed was quite comfy! i appreciated the several swimming pools available. the staff members were friendly and cute.

drinks at the beach bar were expensive during regular hours. crossing the busy road between the hotel and the beach pools was challenging.
