The room was quite basic for a so-called five-star hotel. i stayed seven days, and it felt more like a good four-star hotel, not a luxury one. the air conditioning was also a problem. My room got very humid, and my clothes and bedding became damp. it took three complaints before they considered moving me.. honestly, i expected better.
